1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

3.2 By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jil90 will require submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence) to complete account verification.

3.3 Accounts where the registered user is found to be below the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds — including any winnings — held in such an Account may be voided in accordance with applicable law.

3.4 Players must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from gambling by court order, regulatory directive, or voluntary self-exclusion agreement.

3.5 Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Each player may hold only one (1) Account on the jil90 Platform. Creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a current residential address in the Philippines.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jil90 is not liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.4 You must notify jil90 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. Failure to do so may affect your ability to recover any resulting losses.

4.5 Accounts must be registered in your own name. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, and third-party funding of accounts is prohibited.

4.6 jil90 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time as part of its ongoing KYC obligations. Failure to comply with a verification request within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.

5. Use of the jil90 Platform

5.1 The Platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, systematic exploitation, or use for any purpose other than individual recreational gaming is prohibited.

5.2 jil90 may temporarily suspend access to the Platform for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. jil90 is not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions, provided reasonable notice is given where practicable.

5.3 Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following at jil90:

• Providing false identity information or fraudulent payment details;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise geographic location;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Abusing bonuses through coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements ("bonus abuse");
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jil90 staff or other players through any communication channel.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

Clause 7.1 – 7.7

7.1 All deposits and withdrawals at jil90 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise stated in specific promotional materials.

7.2 Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. jil90 may add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.

7.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the name of the verified Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7.4 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals approved by jil90 are typically processed within five (5) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. These are target processing times and not guarantees.

7.5 jil90 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding PHP 50,000 per transaction.

7.6 Deposits that are subject to an active chargeback, dispute, or reversal by a payment provider will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

7.7 jil90 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees to players. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the Player.

8. Bet Limits and Void Bets

8.1 jil90 may set minimum and maximum bet limits for any game at its discretion. Current limits are displayed within each game interface.

8.2 jil90 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error has occurred — including but not limited to incorrect odds, system errors, or data feed failures. In such cases, stakes are returned to the Player's Wallet Balance. No additional compensation is due.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

9.1 All bonuses offered by jil90 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits that are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

9.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per offer) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

9.3 Where a Player has both Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money funds are typically used first, unless game-specific rules dictate otherwise.

9.4 jil90 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or revoke any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any breach of these Terms.

9.5 Bonuses are intended for individual personal use only. Systematic or coordinated bonus exploitation by groups of players acting in concert is prohibited.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.2 Available responsible gaming tools include: daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

10.3 A Player who has activated self-exclusion may not open a new account at jil90 during the exclusion period. Attempting to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms. jil90 will use reasonable technical measures to detect and prevent such registrations.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil90 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays.

12.2 jil90's aggregate liability to any Player for claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

12.3 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." jil90 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any particular game for any purpose.

13. Privacy and Data

jil90's collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by the jil90 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 14. Amendments
